Floor Staff Supervisor
- Position: Supervisor
- Location : Climb Yukon Collective, Whitehorse, YT
- Employment type: Contract/ Part time -Full Time (15-35 hours per week with DAY TIME availability required)
- Salary: $23- 26/ hour

Key Responsibilities
- Promote a positive and inclusive experience for members and guests
- Build strong relationships within the climbing community
- Supervise and support front desk and floor staff in their daily duties
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Enforce and uphold all safety policies and procedures throughout the facility
- Manage memberships, customer accounts, and program registrations
- Oversee the organization and flow of lessons and courses
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the facility
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and equipment needs
- Lead or contribute to special projects to improve operations or programming
- Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections
Qualifications
Required:
- Priority given to those with 3-5+ years of commercial climbing gym experience
- familiarity with top rope and bouldering
- Experience in a leadership or management role within a climbing gym setting.
- Supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Valid first aid and CPR certification
Preferred:
- Familiarity with smaller gym cultures and community-driven climbing spaces.
- Familiarity with Rock Gym Pro.
- Top Rope certified
