As an Integrations Specialist, you will be the technical authority overseeing the lifecycle of customer integration projects. Engage with stakeholders, provide technical support, and streamline processes to foster seamless integrations. Your expertise will empower healthcare partners to effectively use our Measurement Based Care solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lifecycle of customer integration projects from discovery to launch
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine integration workflows
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer integration issues
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Contribute to internal documentation and user resources
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- 1-3 years in a technical role involving troubleshooting
- Experience with REST APIs and healthcare data standards
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Background working with EHR systems is a plus
