Financial Fee Processing Associate

Process complex financial fees at CI Financial in an in-office role, using Excel, reconciliation, and careful transaction handling. Onsite attendance is required four days weekly.

This Financial Operations Fee Processing Associate supports daily financial processing focused on fees and associated charges. You will manage transactions, reconcile payments, maintain fee structures, and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and Client Experience groups. The role suits candidates with one to three years of experience in financial operations, fee processing, billing, or related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client fees, service charges, adjustments, and accrued fees
• Assist monthly fee runs with Information Technology teams
• Reconcile daily, bi-weekly, and monthly fee transactions
• Maintain fee schedules and financial system structures
• Investigate inquiries, disputes, discrepancies, and system issues

Requirements:

• One to three years of related financial operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
• Microsoft Excel and office productivity tool proficiency
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with PureFacts or PureFees is an asset
