Senior Construction Estimator - Hard Bid - ICI General Contractor

Job Description
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including Hard Bid, CM, and Design Build projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope and requirements.
- Lead quantity take-offs and pricing analysis for all project components.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
- Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Track and analyze market trends to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings to support project planning and execution.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Estimator should have:
- Proven experience in Hard Bid, CM, and Design Build autonomous estimating.
- A strong background in the construction industry, particularly in the ICI Buildings sector, with a track record of overseeing project estimates for ground up new builds valued between $20M and $100M in scope.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
