Tech Delivery Leader: Hybrid Role for Salesforce/Workday

Flexstaf IT is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead application development teams across enterprise platforms, including Salesforce and Workday, while guiding architecture decisions and complex delivery challenges.
You will drive modern development practices (cloud-native, event-driven, CI/CD, DevSecOps) and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring security and enterprise standards across multiple initiatives.
