Stantec is seeking a Data Consultant to join its Enterprise Data & Analytics team. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing datasets, and creating visual reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to data quality and governance, ensuring impactful decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business and user requirements from Corporate stakeholders
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and Operations teams
- Support data management practices to ensure quality and security
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
- Experience in data modeling and testing activities
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Power BI
