Your Opportunity

BDO Digital is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Functional Consultant to join our growing Solution Operations (Managed Services) Practice on either a full‑time permanent or contract basis, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

This is a new role that can be located anywhere in Canada, and the individual will own the following responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client D365 F&O Managed Services engagements
• Support approximately 75% of the role with support and 25% project‑based focus
• Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in‑depth application expertise in targeted business areas
• Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition suite
• Provide training to client staff to perform day‑to‑day activities in support of ERP implementations
• Troubleshoot issues and reproduce the issues in a separate development environment
• Utilize effective communication and listening skills with customers and colleagues to troubleshoot technology issues and provide guidance/support
• Apply Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology to assist customers in deploying the solutions in a timely and effective manner

Experience and Education

Minimum 3–5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O managed services consulting and support experience, with strong expertise in the Supply Chain Management functional area.

Knowledge of one or more other functional areas of D365 F&O or another ERP product, such as Finance, Sales or Talent/Human Resources, is preferred.

Previous experience working with a consulting firm is an asset but not required.

Dynamics 365 F&O /AX certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection process.
