Are you a visionary leader ready to shape the future of digital transformation? At Long View, we’re on the hunt for a Practice Director, Transformation & Change — a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business innovation.

This is more than just a leadership role. It’s your opportunity to drive growth, champion innovation, and influence the way organizations across North America transform and adapt in a rapidly evolving digital world. This role will be a part of our Head Office team, based in Calgary, AB.

A Day in the Life:

• Set the strategic direction for Transformation & Change across all branches.
• Partner with Sales, Service Realization, and Business Development teams to launch new offerings and drive growth.
• Inspire and mentor leaders, developing future Practice Leads and guiding cross-branch collaboration.
• Be the go-to escalation point for offerings, ensuring exceptional client experience.
• Shape the future of our portfolio — from rolling out new innovations to developing roadmaps and case studies.
• Lead large-scale technical opportunities, influencing both delivery and client success.
• Manage financial performance, ensuring efficiency, growth, and profitability.

What You Bring:

• 20+ years of C-suite level consulting experience, preferably Big 4 or Elite 3.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years of experience:

Leading and directing transformations over $100M+

Building offerings and managing profitable portfolios

Driving enterprise-scale management and growth

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional business development expertise and proven success in winning major opportunities.
• Strong technical understanding and credibility with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Passion for the evolution of the MSP space and enthusiasm for innovation and digital transformation.

$140,715 - $184,690 a year

Expected Salary Range plus up to 25% variable earnings
