Technology Specialist/Developer
ThoughtStorm
University or college graduate in Computer Science or Geography with a post-bachelor’s certificate/diploma in Application Development or GIS or related disciplines.
A minimum of 10 years esri web and mobile application development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Expert-level knowledge and proficiency across a range of technologies, including the ArcGIS 10/11.x Product Suite, PowerBuilder, Python, Arcade, and Microsoft Visual Studio (C++, VB, C#, and
ASP.NET).
