Rejoignez le Bureau d’aide juridique de Sainte-Thérèse en tant qu'Avocat(e) en droit civil, familial et administratif. Ce poste permanent à temps plein se concentre sur la représentation des victimes de violence conjugale et sexuelle. Ce rôle d'avocat(e) civiliste exige une expérience en pratique litigieuse dans les domaines du droit civil, familial et administratif. Vous serez amené(e) à représenter des clients devant les tribunaux de Joliette et Terrebonne, notamment au Palais de justice de Joliette et Saint-Jérôme. En tant qu'avocat(e), vos compétences seront mises à contribution pour défendre les droits des personnes vulnérables. Key Responsibilities:
• Représenter les clients en cour dans divers litiges
• Conseiller sur des questions de droit civil et familial
• Préparer et déposer des documents juridiques
• Élaborer des stratégies de représentation en fonction des cas
• Collaborer avec des organismes communautaires pour le soutien des clients Requirements:
• Expérience en droit civil, familial et administratif
• Apte à représenter des clients en contexte de violence
• Bonne connaissance des procédures judiciaires
• Capacité de travailler sous pression
• Compétences en communication et en négociation Mettez votre expertise au service des personnes en difficulté au Bureau d’aide juridique de Sainte-Thérèse.
