Job Description
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in managing multi-tower/mixed use projects.
- Experience overseeing multiple full-cycle projects.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in Toronto
