Senior Project Manager – Integration Lead

Our client, a large enterprise financial organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Integration Lead) for a 15+ month contract opportunity, with potential extension through 2027. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence every Monday and one additional floating day per week , subject to business requirements, at the downtown Toronto office. The role will manage a key workstream within a large transformation program, leading integration efforts and managing external service provider change impacts and cross-program interdependencies. Responsibilities o Lead a cross-functional team to deliver a major transformation initiative o Manage integration activities across internal teams and external vendor partners o Oversee interdependency mapping, governance frameworks, and program coordination o Develop and manage project plans, financials, status reporting, and resource planning o Partner with sponsors, product owners, and business/technology leads o Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across workstreams o Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines o Ensure quality assurance standards within a structured PMO environment Must-Have Requirements o 5-10 years of experience managing end-to-end strategic projects and change initiatives o Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs o Strong partner and stakeholder relationship management experience o PMP certification o Hands-on experience using Planview o Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including pivot tables and executive reporting) o Experience delivering projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments Nice-to-Have o Experience within large financial institutions o ADKAR or formal change management certification Soft Skills o Strong business acumen and strategic mindset o Executive-level communication and presentation skills o Ability to deliver within tight timelines o Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities If you are interested & qualified for this opportunity, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to View email address on ifg-global.com For other opportunities please visit today!
