Virtual Office Manager knowledge of construction or building projects

BEST OFFICE STAFF

Surrey, BC

Duties include:

-review and send emails on behalf of the client

-draft and send welcome letters to new clients

-review/reconcile expenses assigned to a construction project to ensure they are operating profitably

-generate SOPs

-Send estimates for construction projects

-Some bookkeeping

-Follow up with the city to ensure permits are granted

Previous Experience/Skills

-Excel

-Quickbooks

-knowledge of construction/building projects

**Minimum Tech Requirements for Referred Candidates:**

System: At least iCore 5, Ryzen 5, or higher processor

OS: Windows 11 Pro/Home

RAM: 16GB RAM

Accessories: Noise-canceling headset and Camera

Other: Some campaigns require a dual-monitor setup
