Employer Relations & Outreach Assistant

Travel throughout Saskatchewan to meet with employers and business representatives.
Contact potential employers by phone, email, and in person to introduce GTR Immigration and its services.
Arrange and attend meetings with employers and maintain professional relationships.
Develop and maintain a database of employer contacts, meeting notes, and follow-up activities.
Identify potential employers and industries that may benefit from immigration and recruitment-related services.
Follow up with employers after meetings to maintain engagement and encourage long-term business relationships.
Explain GTR Immigration's services to prospective employer clients in a clear and professional manner.
Coordinate employer meetings and maintain a regular follow-up schedule.
Assist with employer outreach campaigns and community networking activities.
Collect basic information from employers regarding their recruitment needs and workforce requirements.
Prepare brief reports on employer meetings, outreach activities, and business-development opportunities.
Communicate employer feedback and potential opportunities to the GTR Immigration team.
Maintain confidentiality and handle employer information professionally.
Represent GTR Immigration in a professional and respectful manner during meetings and networking activities.
Perform other related outreach and administrative duties as required.
