We Design, Manufacture, and Sell Smart-Home Lighting Controls

Levven Electronics designs and manufactures wireless smart home lighting controls for new residential construction. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, our wireless switches, controllers, and smart home gateways are sold and installed with electrical distributors, contractors, and home building companies across Canada and the United States.

Levven is growing. Over the next 12 months we’re onboarding new electrical distributors, expanding our contractor network, and deepening our partnerships with home builders in new communities and divisions.

New Role at Levven: Customer Success

Levven smart home controls change how the electrical system is installed in new homes. Builders and their electricians aren’t used to it. Distributors don’t have experience with it.

As Customer Success Coordinator, your job will be to equip these partners to confidently and profitably plan for, purchase, deploy, install, and service Levven products.

A successful Levven customer buys consistently and confidently. They believe Levven is good for their business. Every onboarding session, training call, and follow-up touchpoint you deliver works toward that standard.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL BE:

Enable Customers to Start With Levven (Onboarding & Training)

• Coordinate and execute onboarding for new distributors, contractors, and home builders
• Deliver product, installation, and business process training across customer segments
• Collect feedback after every session, identify gaps, and implement improvements
• Maintain training materials so content stays current with Levven products and processes

Enable Customers to Expand Their Use of Levven (Account Health & Follow-Up)

• Maintain account health records in Odoo — order activity, training completion, ticket volume, last contact
• Flag at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities to the Director of Operations and sales team
• Run proactive outreach cadences with builder, distributor, and contractor accounts
• Track builder community and division pipelines to surface expansion opportunities early

Enable Levven to Get Better Every Day (Process Improvement & Team Coverage)

• Capture recurring patterns in customer feedback and recommend process improvements
• Contribute to onboarding playbooks and customer success SOPs
• Process sales orders and perform Tier 1 support triage when teammates need coverage

• Your customers buy consistently and grow their Levven volume over time because they’re confident, profitable, and well-supported
• Each onboarding cohort has a better experience than the last because you collect feedback and act on it
• No account goes quiet without you noticing — follow-up is consistent and timely
• Account health data in Odoo is current and actionable for Levven’s leadership
• The Customer Experience team covers each other seamlessly — customers never feel a gap

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience

• 2+ years in a B2B customer-facing role: customer success, account management, onboarding, inside sales, or training coordinator
• It would be nice if you have a background in construction, residential or commercial electrical, wholesale distribution, building and construction materials, or smart home technology
• Experience coordinating multi-step processes across multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable with CRM/ERP tools — Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

• Strong communicator — clear and professional across customer types, from tradespeople to builder executives
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Collaborative — strengthens the team by sharing knowledge and supporting teammates
• English, French, and/or Spanish fluency — guide customers in their first language

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$73,000 per year based on experience
