The Role
We build the Integrator function, elevate leadership teams, and create businesses that no longer rely on the Visionary as the execution backstop.
You will be stepping into businesses where EOS is already in place but not fully delivering.
Your role is to diagnose what is really happening, lead through the numbers, and create the clarity and accountability required to unlock growth.
You are not just an operator. You are a builder, a coach, and a truth‑teller.

- Run high‑quality L10s that drive real accountability, not surface‑level updates
- Own Scorecards, Rocks, and Accountability Charts with clarity and discipline
- Lead IDS conversations that get to root cause, not symptoms
- Diagnose where EOS is breaking down and why
- Tie priorities and decisions directly to financial outcomes
- Coach Visionaries out of the weeds and into their highest and best use
- Coach Integrators into their Seat
- Challenge leadership teams with honesty while maintaining trust
