Automotive Drive Thru Attendant

Job Responsibility:

NewRoads Honda , a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group is hiring a Drive Thru Service Greeter to work in our increasingly busy shop.

Responsibilities of a Drive Thru Service Greeter role include:

• Greet customers upon arrival and check in vehicles to our Service Department;
• Install seat covers and floor mats into customer vehicle;
• Assist in the management of service waiters;
• Assure a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Lift and transport tires to and from the dealership to the tire warehouse;
• Efficiently and correctly promote the dealership service department.

What You Offer:

• Excellent customer service skills;
• A valid G driver's licence;
• A clean driver's abstract;
• Previous automotive service experience is an asset.
