Staff Product Manager for Credit & Pricing

Affirm

Shape the future of credit solutions as a Staff Product Manager at Affirm, focusing on user-friendly financial experiences. Spearhead strategies that drive trust and engagement in consumer credit journeys. As a Staff Product Manager on Affirm's Credit & Pricing team, you will define and direct the vision for consumer credit products. With over seven years of product management experience, you will craft intuitive experiences that clarify credit options and enhance user understanding. Collaborating across engineering, marketing, and design, your work will create measurable impacts on consumer trust and purchasing behavior. Key Responsibilities:

Set a cohesive direction for consumer credit experiences
Build understandable and intuitive financing journey
Develop personalized consumer experiences using research
Connect platform capabilities to enhance user outcomes
Influence product decisions across multiple functions

Requirements:

7+ years in product management in complex environments
Proven experience leading teams and projects independently
Strong judgment in consumer product design
Ability to connect strategic visions with practical execution
Familiarity with credit or AI-powered experiences a plus
