We are looking for a Technical Equipment Sales Specialist who can combine strong customer instincts with an organized, solutions-focused approach to technical sales. In this role, you will help customers navigate equipment options, develop accurate quotations, and ensure a smooth and professional experience from first inquiry through to order handoff.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for equipment sales inquiries and develop accurate, timely quotations that help customers move forward with confidence.
• Partner with internal teams to confirm pricing, technical details, lead times, and order requirements.
• Guide customers toward equipment solutions that align with their operational needs, technical specifications, and timelines.
• Maintain momentum on opportunities by tracking quotations, following up with customers, and responding to questions promptly.
• Support a seamless transition from quotation to order by coordinating clear handoffs for processing, fulfillment, and production planning.
• Keep sales records, correspondence, and related documentation organized and accurate.
• Contribute ideas that improve quoting workflows, documentation, and the overall customer experience.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of product documentation and training.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in technical sales, estimating, quoting, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• The ability to review customer requirements and technical information and translate them into clear, practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, technology, or a related field is an asset, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
