Job Description:\n\nDescription: Procurement Compliance & Governance Specialist Global Procurement & Supply Management (GPSM) About the Role We are seeking a Procurement Compliance & Governance Specialist to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of procurement governance and compliance programs across GPSM. This role is responsible for ensuring procurement activities and supplier management processes are executed in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and governance standards, while strengthening controls, risk oversight, audit readiness, and supplier compliance throughout the supplier lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with procurement, supplier quality, legal, finance, trade compliance, ESG, digital, and business stakeholders to drive compliance, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Procurement Governance & ComplianceSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement governance frameworks, policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring activities.Monitor adherence to procurement policies, delegated authorities, sourcing requirements, approval processes, and governance standards across GPSM.Conduct compliance reviews and control assessments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Maintain governance documentation, standards, process controls, and auditable records.Support audit readiness by maintaining compliance documentation, evidence, and governance records. Supplier Compliance & GovernanceSupport governance and oversight of supplier compliance throughout the supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, monitoring, performance management, and ongoing governance reviews.Verify supplier compliance requirements are completed in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier governance controls, risk monitoring, and compliance processes.Assist in the management and monitoring of supplier compliance activities related to contractual obligations, risk requirements, trade compliance, ESG requirements, cybersecurity requirements, and supplier governance standards.Support supplier due diligence and risk assessment activities to ensure appropriate supplier governance controls are maintained. Risk Monitoring & ReportingConsolidate compliance and risk information to support governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision-making processes.Prepare compliance and governance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking to monitor program performance and identify trends.Track compliance findings, governance actions, corrective measures, and issue resolution activities.Support risk assessment activities and contribute to the maintenance of compliance and risk registers.Identify recurring issues, root causes, and emerging risks, recommending appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Audit Readiness & ControlsSupport internal and external audits by maintaining documentation, evidence, and governance records.Monitor sourcing file compliance, documentation completeness, process adherence, and governance controls.Coordinate follow-up activities related to audit findings, compliance observations, and corrective action plans.Ensure procurement governance processes remain aligned with internal control requirements and policy expectations. Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder SupportAnalyze recurring compliance issues and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, training, and governance practices.Support the development and delivery of procurement compliance training, awareness programs, and governance communications.Partner with Governance, Process Excellence, Digital, Training, and Operational teams to drive adoption of compliant and standardized procurement practices.Leverage data and technology to improve visibility, reporting, governance effectiveness, and compliance monitoring. Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, governance, compliance, risk management, internal controls, supplier management, audit, or related functions.Experience supporting compliance programs, governance frameworks, audits, or control monitoring activities.Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier lifecycle management, and governance principles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across multiple functions and regions. PreferredExperience within aerospace, manufacturing, defense, or other regulated industries.Familiarity with supplier risk management, ESG requirements, trade compliance, export controls, cybersecurity requirements, or third-party governance programs.Experience working with procurement, ERP, analytics, or governance reporting tools.Bilingualism (English and French). Ce poste est responsable de veiller à ce que les activités d’approvisionnement et les processus de gestion des fournisseurs soient réalisés conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise, aux exigences réglementaires, aux obligations contractuelles et aux normes de gouvernance, tout en renforçant les contrôles, la gestion des risques, la préparation aux audits et la conformité des fournisseurs tout au long de leur cycle de vie. La personne titulaire du poste collaborera étroitement avec les équipes d’approvisionnement, de qualité fournisseurs, des affaires juridiques, des finances, de conformité commerciale, ESG, numérique et les parties prenantes d’affaires afin de promouvoir la conformité, la transparence, l’imputabilité et l’amélioration continue. Principales responsabilités Gouvernance et conformité des achatsSoutenir le développement, la mise en œuvre et l’amélioration continue des cadres de gouvernance, politiques, procédures, contrôles et activités de surveillance liés aux achats.Assurer le suivi du respect des politiques d’approvisionnement, des délégations d’autorité, des exigences de sourçage, des processus d’approbation et des normes de gouvernance.Réaliser des revues de conformité et des évaluations de contrôles afin d’identifier les écarts, les risques et les opportunités d’amélioration.Maintenir la documentation de gouvernance, les standards, les contrôles de processus et les dossiers auditables.Soutenir la préparation aux audits en assurant le maintien de la documentation et des preuves de conformité. Gouvernance et conformité des fournisseursSoutenir la gouvernance et la supervision de la conformité des fournisseurs tout au long de leur cycle de vie, y compris l’intégration, la surveillance, la gestion de la performance et les revues de gouvernance.Vérifier que les exigences de conformité applicables aux fournisseurs sont complétées conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise et aux exigences réglementaires.Collaborer avec les équipes multidisciplinaires afin de renforcer les contrôles de gouvernance des fournisseurs, la surveillance des risques et les processus de conformité.Assurer le suivi des activités de conformité des fournisseurs liées aux obligations contractuelles, aux exigences réglementaires, aux exigences ESG, à la cybersécurité, à la conformité commerciale et aux normes de gouvernance des fournisseurs.Soutenir les activités de vérification diligente et d’évaluation des risques fournisseurs. Surveillance des risques et production de rapportsConsolider les informations relatives aux risques et à la conformité pour soutenir les forums de gouvernance et les revues de direction.Préparer des rapports, tableaux de bord, indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et cartes de pointage en matière de conformité et de gouvernance.Assurer le suivi des constats de conformité, des actions correctives et des activités de résolution des problèmes.Contribuer au maintien des registres de risques et de conformité.Identifier les tendances, les causes profondes et les risques émergents et recommander les actions appropriées. Préparation aux audits et contrôlesSoutenir les audits internes et externes en assurant la disponibilité de la documentation et des preuves requises.Vérifier la conformité des dossiers d’approvisionnement, l’exhaustivité des documents et le respect des processus et contrôles établis.Coordonner les activités de suivi liées aux observations d’audit et aux plans d’actions correctives.Veiller à ce que les processus de gouvernance demeurent alignés avec les exigences de contrôle interne et les politiques d’entreprise. Amélioration continue et accompagnement des parties prenantesAnalyser les enjeux récurrents de conformité et identifier les occasions d’amélioration des processus, contrôles, formations et pratiques de gouvernance.Soutenir le développement et la diffusion de formations, d’outils de sensibilisation et de communications en matière de conformité des achats.Collaborer avec les équipes Gouvernance, Excellence opérationnelle, Transformation numérique et Formation afin de favoriser l’adoption de pratiques harmonisées et conformes.Utiliser les données et les outils technologiques afin d’améliorer la visibilité, les capacités de surveillance et l’efficacité des activités de gouvernance. Qualifications ExigencesDiplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, droit, finance, gestion des risques, conformité ou domaine connexe.Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en approvisionnement, conformité, gouvernance, gestion des risques, audit, contrôles internes ou gestion des fournisseurs.Expérience dans le soutien de programmes de conformité, cadres de gouvernance, audits ou activités de surveillance des contrôles.Bonne connaissance des processus d’approvisionnement, de la gestion du cycle de vie des fournisseurs et des principes de gouvernance.Excellentes capacités d’analyse et aptitude à interpréter les données, identifier les tendances et communiquer les résultats.Solides compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.Capacité à influencer et à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans un environnement global. AtoutsExpérience dans un environnement manufacturier, aéronautique, de défense ou autre industrie réglementée.Connaissance de la gestion des risques fournisseurs, des exigences ESG, de la conformité commerciale, des contrôles à l’exportation, de la cybersécurité ou de la gouvernance des tiers.Expérience avec les systèmes ERP, outils d’approvisionnement, outils analytiques ou plateformes de gouvernance.Bilinguisme français-anglais.
