Lead process enhancements as a Technical Consultant at Crossfuze. Utilize your ServiceNow expertise to drive automation and optimize customer environments. In your role as Principal Technical Consultant, you will work closely with clients to redefine their processes through ServiceNow. As a senior expert, you will lead workshops focused on process improvement, draft essential user stories, and mentor system administrators. Your role will be instrumental in delivering effective customer-facing documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Support process definition and improvement workshops
- Advise on maximizing ServiceNow capabilities
- Draft user stories and acceptance criteria
- Provide oversight and train system administrators
- Deliver customer-facing documentation and solutions
- 5+ years with ServiceNow implementation
- 4+ years of experience in web technologies
- Strong ITIL, JavaScript, and architectural knowledge
- ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer Certifications
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
