Strategic VP of People & Culture

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent issues
• Design organizational structures to optimize performance
• Conduct workforce analytics to identify improvement areas
• Enhance talent management and succession planning
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support HR goals
Requirements:
• At least 15 years of HR leadership experience
• Expertise in talent development and HR effectiveness
• History of implementing high-impact HR strategies
• Experience with dynamic HR environments preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Drive Sila's talent programs and align human capital initiatives with business strategy.
