Vous aimez échanger avec les gens, comprendre leurs besoins et les aider à prendre des décisions? Votre expérience en vente ou en service à la clientèle peut devenir le point de départ d’une carrière en assurance. Vous n’avez pas besoin de connaître le secteur pour commencer : une formation de cinq semaines vous prépare.
Au quotidien, vous conseillez les clients sur la protection de leur voiture et de leur habitation. Vous les aidez à comprendre leurs options, à choisir les protections adaptées à leur situation et à mettre leurs contrats à jour. Un métier où votre écoute et votre jugement font une différence concrète.

Une première expérience pour construire la suite

L’assurance de dommages offre une carrière stable et plusieurs possibilités d’évolution. Ce premier poste vous permet d’apprendre les bases et de découvrir vos intérêts, sans avoir à choisir votre spécialité dès le départ.

Chez cet assureur, la mobilité interne est encouragée : expertise, formation, gestion, souscription, sinistres ou assurance des entreprises sont autant d’avenues possibles, selon vos qualifications et les postes disponibles.

Responsabilités principales

Écouter les clients et les conseiller sur leurs besoins en assurance automobile et habitation.
Expliquer les garanties, préparer des soumissions et vendre les protections adaptées.
Répondre aux demandes de service et tenir les dossiers à jour, principalement au téléphone.

Profil recherché

Une expérience en vente ou en service à la clientèle, de l’aisance au téléphone et l’envie d’apprendre un métier.
Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais* à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Une scolarité ou une expérience reconnue par l’AMF pour accéder aux examens; aucune expérience préalable en assurance requise.
La disponibilité pour deux à trois soirs par semaine, et un samedi sur quatre.

Conditions et avantages

Poste régulier et travail hybride : 1 jour par semaine au bureau
Assurances collectives payées à 100 % dès le premier jour et régime de retraite à prestations déterminées.
