Scarborough Complex Wound Care Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a strong foundation in wound care management. This role requires at least three years of relevant experience and a commitment to community-based health initiatives. Join us to ensure the highest standards of care for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive assessments for complex wounds
- Deliver advanced wound care management strategies
- Monitor and document treatment outcomes closely
- Instruct clients and families on care and prevention
- Engage with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- RN or RPN license in good standing with the CNO
- Three years of recent wound care experience required
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- Valid driver's license and access to vehicle preferred
- Current certifications in CPR/First Aid and WHMIS
