Senior Transfer Agency Engineering Manager

Lead Transfer Agency engineering from Toronto with expertise in application operations, cloud integration, and Agile delivery in a hybrid workplace.TMX seeks a Senior Manager, Applications and Engineering for core record-keeping and processing platforms. This leader oversees technical operations, support, development, and modernization while partnering with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, and vendors. The work advances scalable solutions across legacy and modern architectures.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee application development, maintenance, operations, and production supportAdvance legacy integration with cloud and containerized servicesPrioritize releases and deliver complex Agile business solutionsApprove technical designs, architectures, and effort estimatesLead internal squads and offshore engineering resourcesRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in a related fieldSeven to ten years of progressive technical experienceExperience modernizing Natural/Adabas platforms with AWS environmentsExpertise supervising squads, vendors, and offshore teamsProficiency with SDLC and Agile/Scrum deliveryApply Transfer Agency knowledge, technical leadership, AWS integration, and Agile expertise to modernize TMX core platforms.
