Senior Director Investment Transfers

Lead National Bank’s investment transfer operations with expertise in operational performance and transformation. Work in a hybrid model with three office days weekly.As Senior Director, you will oversee inbound and outbound transfers across wealth management business lines. Lead six managers while improving stability, efficiency, client experience, and operational capacity. Your work will support strategic orientations and sector evolution.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee incoming and outgoing transfer performance and service commitmentsSupport managers through operational planning and issue interventionExecute stabilization plans for productivity and client experienceResolve critical issues through root-cause analysis and sustainable solutionsLead transformation initiatives, including the Ciro Transfer programRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years’ relevant experienceExperience managing complex operations and managersBackground in transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceExperience leading large-scale process, risk, technology, and people changesKnowledge of wealth management, investment operations, or financial servicesBring strategic vision, coaching, and operational excellence to investment transfers at National Bank.
