- Lead US and cross-border tax structuring for clients
- Advise on implications of acquisitions and reorganizations
- Develop practical tax-efficient solutions for growth
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Build strategic relationships with senior executives
- 8+ years in US corporate or international tax
- Strong knowledge of US federal income tax laws
- Experience in strategic transactions, including M&A
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- US CPA, Enrolled Agent or JD credential preferred
