Global Tax Services Manager at EY

Join EY's Pillar Two Tax team as a Manager, focusing on the Global Minimum Tax Act. This transformative role involves leading multi-country client engagements and advising on international tax implications. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in international corporate tax and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. You will lead technical discussions on BEPS Pillar Two, assisting diverse companies with their global structure and tax compliance. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, you will help develop strategies and drive exceptional client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex BEPS Pillar Two engagements for clients
- Build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Develop strategies and manage budgets and resources
- Provide guidance on international tax developments
- Mentor diverse teams across jurisdictions
- 5+ years in international corporate tax, OECD Pillar Two expertise
- CPA, LLB, or equivalent credentials required
- Strong tax accounting and client management skills
- Experience delivering complex tax engagements
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
