Digital Transformation Specialist (Education)- Contractor
Pyrethra ( is a Technology Advisory and Consulting Corporation (startup) a with both national and international service scope
We are hiring a Digital Transformation Specialist in Education - Contractor who will be
- Developing and managing digital transformation strategy for a variety of clients in the Education Sector
- Advise on digital education technologies, platforms , policies and standards in Education
- Conceive, plan and manage the implementation of digital education projects
- Develop thought leadership through podcast, video, blogs white papers and other publication
- Advise on new technological development and technology industry trends including policy trends globally
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Have at least a postgraduate degree in Education with emphasis on instructional design with an extensive experience on development of digital education solutions with 5 years experience or a Bachelors degree with at least7 years or relevant experience with clear example of completed projects
Present/past experience in the education sector. Experience teaching children in elementary/secondary education
Proven experience in the conceiving and managing the implementation digital education projects solutions in reputable institutions. Well versed with provincial digital challenges and opportunities
Experience driving data-driven solutions and project-managing their implementation
Proven professional experience large- scale digital education projects, ideally using cutting-edge technologies
Experience with various cloud environments such as AWS, Azure.
Knowledge of Cybersecurity a plus
Be capable to explain and write concepts clearly and concisely.
Demonstrate empathy, patience and diplomacy.
International experience is encouraged as well as fluency in English, French a plus
Be eligible to work in Canada and reside in the Greater Toronto or Niagara Region
Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 1 month
Pay: $35,009.62-$125,507.60 per year
