Senior Manager in Technical Architecture

Lead transformative projects at the company as a Senior Manager of Technical Architecture. This role is integral to implementing advanced security and identity solutions while mentoring Technical Architects. As a leader in Professional Services, you will oversee a high-performing team and ensure they deliver the company's robust offerings. Successful candidates excel in Identity & Access Management with a strong consulting background, demonstrating operational excellence and the ability to manage multiple engagements and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and develop a team of Technical Architects
- Act as the primary liaison for customer engagements
- Manage project budgets and oversee project life cycles
- Perform governance and quality audits of deliverables
- Drive ongoing process improvements within the team
- 10+ years in Identity & Access Management
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Expertise in SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth
- Strong knowledge of enterprise web technologies
- Ability to travel up to 50% for engagements
