Senior Legal Counsel in Securities Law

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on compliance and regulatory obligations
• Conduct legal analyses and prepare memoranda
• Support management during regulatory inspections
• Draft and update legal and governance documents
• Monitor and assess legal risks and recommend solutions
Requirements:
• Law degree (J.D. or LL.B. equivalent)
• Five years of experience in legal practice
• Strong background in regulatory compliance
• Excellent legal drafting and analysis skills
• Fluency in both French and English
Utilize your legal skills to support compliance and define strategic direction in the financial sector.
