On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Eddyfi Technologies is looking for an UT Applications Expert to contribute to the successful deployment of Eddyfi technologies! Your daily life: As a key member of the team, you will actively participate in the implementation of ultrasonic inspection equipment, to validate new products, develop new applications, support the sales force or advise customers on the use of our inspection systems. In this role, you will:

• Participate in the design of ultrasonic non-destructive testing systems and methods;
• Design the development of applications and non-destructive test plans, analyze measurement and test data and write reports (internal and external);
• Manage customer projects;
• Coordinate the various tasks involved in intermediate projects, calling on several areas of expertise (ultrasound/electronics/mechanics/software);
• Manage the activities of a project team;
• Monitor technical progress, quality and costs;
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the sales team and the applications manager;
• Support the R&D team in planning and carrying out internal projects;
• Support the development team during software releases, particularly in terms of functionality testing;
• Provide technical support to the sales team on customer orders;
• Support the sales team in meetings with customers regarding ultrasound products and applications;
• Support internal and external customers on ultrasonic products and applications;
• Support production with technical problems;
• Train customers on our various products.

What We're Looking For:

• You have a bachelor's degree in physical or electrical engineering, physics or a related field;
• You have at least three (3) years of relevant experience;
• You have an intermediate level of English;
• You have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
• You are customer service oriented;
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• You have good knowledge and experience in project management;
• You have the ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines;
• You have the ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
• You can travel internationally;
• You have knowledge of ultrasonic non-destructive testing (an asset);
• You have programming skills: Python, C#, Labview or other (an asset);
• You have knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (an asset).
