Marketing Communications Project Lead

Lead complex marketing communications initiatives at CIHI in Toronto or Ottawa, using project management, budgeting, and performance tracking expertise.This contract Project Lead supports the Office of the Director, Marketing and Communications. You will guide cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, aligning work with strategic priorities. The role connects operational planning, reporting, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare charters, workplans, schedules, budgets, and resource plansTrack milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and project progressDevelop performance indicators, tools, and measurement datasetsDeliver forecasts, variance, utilization, and governance reportsMaintain internal, external, vendor, and procurement relationshipsRequirements:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant education and experienceMinimum five years of relevant marketing or communications experienceExperience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiativesStrong communication, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and MS ProjectBring strategic marketing planning, financial tracking, and stakeholder coordination skills to CIHI’s communications portfolio in Toronto or Ottawa.
