Communications Project Consultant

Support GWAM communications in a hybrid Toronto role using project management and clear, audience-focused writing across internal and external channels.As a Communications Consultant, you will support business-driven initiatives across GWAM North America and Europe Communications. Your work will span project coordination, research, reporting, editing, and social media program management. You will help protect and strengthen GWAM’s reputation while informing, engaging, and inspiring colleagues.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and integrated communications plansLiaise with translation, design, and printing service providersBuild campaign reports using analytics, benchmarks, and lessons learnedDraft and edit newsletters, announcements, and communications materialsSupport GWAM senior leader LinkedIn content and measurementRequirements:
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or equivalent experienceExcellent organizational and project management skillsStrong CP-style writing, editing, and PowerPoint proficiencyFamiliarity with multi-channel campaigns and social content operationsOne to two-plus years of communications experience preferredApply communications project management, writing, measurement, and social media skills supporting GWAM initiatives at Manulife.
