Gaming Operations Assistant Manager Position

Become an integral part of a casino as an Assistant General Manager. Drive operational excellence, enhance guest satisfaction, and lead a dedicated team in this full-time role. In this pivotal position, you’ll blend your business savvy with hands-on leadership. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, you will oversee gaming activities, manage team development, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your efforts will be vital in preparing reports and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of gaming activities
- Assist in daily operations on the floor
- Create statistical reports for forecasts and budgeting
- Facilitate recruitment and training of staff
- Supervise team performance and implement strategies
- University degree in business administration or similar
- Three years of management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of casino operations and gaming
- Must obtain and maintain a Category 1 gaming license
