On behalf our client in a fast-growing technology firm we are looking for a People Operations Specialist to drive a seamless employee experience across the entire lifecycle. In this key role, you will champion a people-first culture by assisting payroll, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and administering comprehensive employee benefits.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries, prioritizing a smooth employee lifecycle and timely resolutions.
- Act as HRIS super-user conducting regular data audits and optimizing automated workflows.
- Assist in payroll inputs, perform reconciliations, and manage benefit plans.
- Analyze HR metrics to support People programs while managing light office operations as needed.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of human resources and payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other similar HRIS

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
