Administrative Coordinator Nugen Day Home Agency Inc. Location Edmonton, AB Salary 36.00 hourly / 35 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Health benefits Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Implement new administrative procedures Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, reLocation , equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Plan and control budget and expenditures Work with minimal supervision Supervision 1 to 2 people Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge Electronic mail MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Windows MS Word Google Drive Adobe Acrobat Reader Google Docs Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to work independently Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Repetitive Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Organized Reliability Ability to multitask Time management Integrity Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits Until: 2026-03-29
