CMHC Annual Review Manager at EQ

Take charge of the CMHC Annual Review as a Manager with EQ, where innovative banking solutions are reshaping Canadian financial services. Lead a talented team to oversee credit assessments and ensure compliance with risk policies. As the Manager, CMHC Annual Review, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of credit analysts while reporting to the Senior Manager, CMHC Portfolio Management. You’ll establish procedures, review reports, and guide external partners through the annual review process. This role demands strong leadership and communication skills to nurture relationships and meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procedures for CMHC annual reviews
Review and approve risk assessments and ratings
Ensure timely completion of annual reviews
Provide guidance to external partners
Manage reporting for compliance and senior management

Requirements:

7+ years in underwriting commercial real estate
Post-secondary education in business or finance
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Knowledge of AML/ATF regulations
Effective problem-solving skills under pressure
