Sales Account Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Account Specialists to join our team in either our Fredericton / Woodstock, New Brunswick, office and or remotely form a home-based office in Canada. In this position, you will manage customer profiles, cross sell initiatives, and acquisition activities. You will be responsible for generating sales activity to fulfill new and existing customer’s internet and product needs. You will also support the inbound queue and complete follow up activity on sales leads. The Sales Account Specialists will provide support to our in-field installers to facilitate sales and value-added service requests.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Sales activities to increase internet and value-added service revenue
• Acquisition and cross-sell initiatives
• Lead follow up activities
• Support in-field sales requests
• Supporting the inbound call queue as required (overflow)
