Founding Head of Sourcing at GNO Partners
GNO Partners
Become a strategic leader in reducing costs at GNO Partners as the Founding Head of Strategic Sourcing & COGS Optimization. Work directly with top Amazon brands to drive efficiency and savings. This senior sourcing operator role is unique as you will create a new division from scratch, collaborating closely with our CEO and 500 brands generating over $1B in Amazon sales. Your focus will be on building should-cost models, negotiating with factories, and improving supply chain efficiency. If you thrive in hands-on roles and have a proven track record in COGS reductions, this is the career path for you. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze COGS and build should-cost models
- Negotiate with current suppliers and run RFQs
- Improve payment terms and find savings
- Qualify new suppliers and mitigate risks
- Develop GNO's sourcing methodology and lead a team
- Experience negotiating with factories, especially in Asia
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings
- Familiarity with OEM/ODM consumer products
- Desire to build operations from the ground up
- Background with Amazon aggregators or CPG brands preferred
