Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and excel in communication, with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for our customers and address inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Directing to the direct department or person when other team members are needed to properly handle the customer call. Administrative Support: Provide support to the sales and management team on various administrative duties, including completing customer calls, data entry, reporting, and assisting with company initiatives, as needed.Vacancy posted 7 hours ago
