We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Project Assistant to support our office with day-to-day financial data entry and administrative tasks. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining records in QuickBooks Online, including estimates, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will also assist with general office duties, help coordinate project-related documentation, and ensure organized, efficient workflow across the team. Strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online are essential. This is a part-time, term position with flexible working hours, Monday thru Thursday.
