Change Management Strategy Consultant

Change management strategy and stakeholder coaching define this consultant role, focused on helping organizations build practical change capabilities and adoption.
The Change Management Consultant provides expertise, guidance, and coaching on principles, methodologies, and tools. You will support leaders, teams, partners, and stakeholders while integrating change practices with project managers, business analysts, and process improvement specialists. The work spans transformational initiatives and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and frameworks
- Coach leaders and teams through people impacts and resistance
- Lead stakeholder assessments and engagement strategies
- Develop communication, training, sponsorship, and resistance plans
- Measure adoption, utilization, proficiency, and change sustainability
Requirements:
- Knowledge of change management standards, methodologies, best practices, and tools
- Experience developing training, communication, and change management plans
- Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Understanding of project management fundamentals and project lifecycles
- Strong analytical, presentation, facilitation, and decision-making abilities
Apply change strategy, stakeholder engagement, coaching, and measurement skills to support successful organizational adoption and implementation.
