Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to 540 standards.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation during service.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Assist with prep, inventory, and station organization.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Passion for food and continuous learning
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Food Safety Certification is an asset
