• Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals requesting additional information

• Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom

• Introduce online educational programs and live leadership events

• Answer questions and provide information using a structured communication framework

• Build professional relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

• Utilize AI-supported technology and digital tools to manage workflow and client communication

• Participate in ongoing business training and professional development

• Manage your own schedule while building your independent business
