Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

L&D Strategy & Execution: Drive core processes to implement learning solutions across various formats, including in-person/virtual instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, and self-directed pathways.

Stakeholder & Risk Management: Develop effective engagement strategies, manage risks/issues tightly, and maintain transparent communications with internal and external partners across various organizational levels.

Vendor Coordination: Support vendor selection, onboarding, and engagement processes when third-party learning solutions are required.

Continuous Improvement: Conduct project retrospectives, apply lessons learned, and align project delivery with evolving Agile or hybrid practices.

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Industry Experience: Proven background working within the banking, financial services, or insurance sectors.

L&D Project Management: Dedicated project management experience specifically within an L&D, adult training, or instructional design framework.

Project Tooling: Mastery of MS Project and the broader MS Office Suite.

Methodologies: Demonstrated practical experience navigating Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.

Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and clear, adaptable communication capabilities for diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice-to-Have Attributes
Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are highly preferred.

Technical Familiarity: Prior exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP) or eLearning development standards (e.g., SCORM, Articulate Storyline/Rise) is an asset.
