Elevate educational recruitment as a Regional Sales Manager for Bayswater Education in Canada. Focus on strengthening relationships with education agents and partners while driving student enrollment across Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary. Bayswater Education is seeking a dynamic and commercially-oriented Regional Sales Manager for the Canadian market. In this role, you will craft and execute a business development strategy to support recruiting efforts across three major cities. Your expertise in the education sector will allow you to identify new opportunities and nurture existing partnerships effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Develop an onshore business strategy for Canada • Deliver sales targets through onshore partners • Support partners with inquiries and timely responses • Identify and convert opportunities with education agents • Conduct regular visits and business reviews with partners Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Strong knowledge of Canadian international education market • Proven B2B sales and student recruitment experience • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with effective time management Drive student recruitment and partnership success as a Regional Sales Manager focused on enhancing Bayswater’s impact in Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
