Currently we are looking for a Full Time Bakery Production Apprentice for our 20 Hempstead Drive location to perform the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare baked goods, tray outs and baking products
• Prepare dough and mixing batters
• Responsible for preparing breads while maintaining quality standards
• Preparation of specialty baked goods i.e. breads, pizza rolls, etc.

Key Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills a must
• Ensure a clean and efficient work environment
• Must be able to work in a team as well as independently

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to remain calm and function effectively under pressure
• Must be able to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday starting at 7:00a.m. Days off are Tuesday and Sunday.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long hours and working in warmer temperatures

Job Type:

• This position is Full Time-30-40 hours a week

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
