Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time Employment
Shift: Monday to Sunday, 12:00pm – 8:30pm . or 1:30pm – 10:00pm. (subject to change)
Wage: $17.60 per hour
Reports To: People Store Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Sort packages accurately and efficiently while maintaining productivity standards.
• Transfer packages from skids, carts, and conveyor belts into designated shipping cans.
• Move packages from shipping cans into boxes or other designated containers as required.
• Safely handle freight while minimizing package damage and maintaining quality standards.
• Operate manual pallet jacks to transport freight and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout your shift.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Report damaged packages, equipment issues, or safety concerns to your Warehouse Coordinator promptly.
• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time, prepared to work, and completing your entire scheduled shift.
• Adapt to changing operational priorities and assist in other warehouse duties as required.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, squat, and perform repetitive lifting motions.
• Push and pull heavily loaded carts on wheels throughout the warehouse.
• Work in a physically demanding environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

• Conveyor belt

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

• CSA-approved safety footwear (mandatory)
• High-visibility safety vest (provided on your first day)
• Work gloves (provided on your first day)

Employees must wear all required PPE while on the warehouse floor and immediately report any unsafe conditions, injuries, or equipment concerns.
