Corporate Securities Legal Associate

Pursue a rewarding career as a Corporate Securities Legal Associate. The role requires a strong attention to detail for compliance with regulatory standards and involves drafting key legal documents. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate public offerings and private placements of securities
- Handle M&A transactions and take-over bids
- Ensure adherence to stock exchange compliance
- Draft and review legal documents for accuracy
- Foster client relationships with a client-oriented approach
- 2 to 5 years experience in corporate securities law
- Juris Doctor and membership in good standing required
- Familiarity with capital markets and M&A regulations
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Client-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
